Feeling a cold coming on, on this hump day. After a busy day came home and quickly made some chicken and tomato soup. I experimented with boneless chicken thighs was absolutely delicious! ✔️mix water, tomato sauce I use #pomi, chicken stock and bring to a boil. ✔️chop an onion, leeks, carrots, cauliflower, parsley, 2 garlic cloves and add to the boiling broth. ✔️ add the chicken ✔️ add spices cumin, paprika, salt, Hawaij, and white pepper. Let simmer for about an hour. Serve with a squeeze of lemon and adjust species as needed. #soup #Sephardic #chickensoup #jewishpenicillin #spicedup #hawaij #yummy #kosher #cozy #pereg #glutenfree
