I have been meaning to post this for a while now. I want to send a shout out to @anisetapas which is a fairly new #kosher #kosherrestaurant in #lasvegas. I was so impressed!! Like most kosher restaurants in LV they know their clientele will come bc if you only eat kosher, your portions are limited. It was easy to see that this restaurant really cared about their reputation and the experience their customers had.The staff was kind, friendly and attentive. I highly recommend their mushroom hamburger which comes with real french fries. I also sampled their Caesar salad, shawarma, and chicken skewers- all delicious! I found organic, NonGMO project verified rice at the Playa Vista Farmers' Market. Koda Farms Organic Farms sells prepared rice bowls, but I talked them into selling me the bag of rice they had on display. (The only one they had.) Playa Vista Farmers' Market is a very small market, but like all farmers' markets, there are some gems. It's a good place for dinner and dessert. In addition to the organic rice bowls, there is a nonGMO pizza vendor, paleo ice cream, paleo ice cream sandwiches, a pie vendor and Raphael Cardenas Farms, the vendor who sells the delicious berries and figs shown in my previous pic at the Manhattan Beach Farmers' Market. In addition to my bag of rice ($17), my boys bought paleo mint ice cream sandwiches ($5 each) and three baskets of berries ($10). I'll go back just to try the pizza.
