Right out of the oven. Not the best looking cake but it's delish. (She's not pretty but she is good to me!). My Pesach friendly version of gateau au chocolat fondant. Recipe from Molly Wizenberg's book "A Homemade Life: Stories and Recipes from My Kitchen Table". She calls it her "winning hearts and minds cake." This is the third year I've made this for Passover. I use potato starch instead of flour but since it only needs one tablespoon of flour the switch is not noticeable. It will deflate and get even more crackly.
