Chicken in tomato sauce with Shitaki mushrooms 🍄🍄is on the menu tonight 👌🏼 You will need: *10 skinless boneless thights *4 chicken legs (or any other combo of chicken pieces) *1 can diced tomatoes *2 cups water *1 large onion diced *1 package bella mushrooms sliced *3.5 oz shitaki mushrooms sliced *4 garlic cloves crushed *1 tsp dried thyme *1 tsp dried oregano *1 tbs apple cider vinegar *5 black olives *S&P In a large pan with olive oil sauté the onions, add the mushrooms and sauté, make room for the chicken, sauté the chicken pieces, add the can of tomatoes, water, garlic, spices & herbs, and let boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Transfer to a 400F oven for 20 minutes uncovered. The chicken comes out moist and #delish.
