Mini chocolate cappuccino trifles: Cake (from @chayiesheimishrecipes ) 4 eggs 1.5 c sugar 1 Tbsp vanilla sugar 1.75 c flour 1/2 c cocoa 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 c orange juice 1/2 c water 1/2 + 1/8 c oil Mix all ingredients together and bake on 350 for 1 hour. Mousse: 2 rich's whips: whip until peaks start to form and set aside. Combine: 16 oz bittersweet baking chocolate (I used alprose)- melted 2 tsp of coffee dissolved in 2 Tbsp hot water 1/2 c Zachlawi's vodka mocha cappuccino @zachlawi (Or other coffee flavored liquor) 2 c powdered sugar Beat chocolate mixture and whip mixture together lightly until completely mixed. Cream: 2 rich's whips, 1/2 c powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla. Beat on high until very stiff (7-8 min) To assemble: layer cake, mousse, cream, and repeat. Press the cake down the first time you put it in. I used a piping bag for the cream. Garnish with chocolate shavings. (Tip: use a peeler to make shavings!!)
