Roasted Beet Salad @ Upper Crust in the #5Towns. The best dish we had for lunch today (see my previous post for full comments on the meal). This salad has romaine, baby arugula, marinated beets, toasted almonds, roast pear, crumbled feta, & a shallot Dijon vinaigrette. My wife ordered this with a side salmon which she didn't enjoy, but she said the salad was great.
