After an exhausting day of Pesach cleaning, cooking, laundry & running errands, I'm finally in bed, comfortable & relaxed. Thank goodness I didn't do what I could have done – binge on unhealthy snacks. Very tempting, but I stuck to my usual (& very deliciously satisfying food groups); leafy greens, fresh fruit, lean meat, healthy fats, vitamin water, fiber & tons of water.
