After my quick sneak peek at Halftime Grill (see prev post) I headed to @BrooklynSteakCo where I was invited to a delicious dinner by the owner. This is a starter I ordered off the menu: Crispy Sweetbreads w/celery root purée, pomegranate, fingerling potatoes, and micro greens. Beautifully presented and very tasty.
