Birthday Treats continue! Here's the #nutfree #dairyfree #glutenfree Chocolate-Covered Marshmallow Pops we made for my daughter's class. . I admit I felt too lazy to make cake balls. So marshmallow pops it was cause they couldn't be easier to make. . • heat @enjoylifefoods chocolate chips in a double boiler (I make my own by placing a glass dish over bowling water). • load up some marshmallows (I like #elyons brand at sprouts – #kosher & no artificial ingredients) on skewers and dip into the chocolate. I used a spatula to rub it all over so it wasn't too thick of an amount. .• dip in toppings of your choice! I recommend things like shredded coconut, crushed #glutenfree graham crackers, slivered almonds. But my daughter got to pick…so…sprinkles. 😆
