I admit I felt too lazy to make cake balls.  So marshmallow pops it was cause they couldn&#039;t be easier to make.

&#8226; heat @enjoylifefoods chocolate chips in a double boiler (I make my own by placing a glass dish over bowling water).
&#8226; load up some marshmallows (I like #elyons brand at sprouts &#8211; #kosher &amp; no artificial ingredients) on skewers and dip into the chocolate.  I used a spatula to rub it all over so it wasn&#039;t too thick of an amount.
.&#8226; dip in toppings of your choice! I recommend things like shredded coconut, crushed #glutenfree graham crackers, slivered almonds.  But my daughter got to pick&#8230;so&#8230;sprinkles. &#128518;</title>
