Mac's first time in the workout room (and yes, he did end up peeing on the floor!) I didn't WANT to workout today… I spent 5 hours do everything BESIDES working out!! You know what the secret for doing it was? Walking into the room and turning on the DVD and not leaving until I completed 5 minutes. By the time I got thru 5 minutes I already felt better! And it doesn't hurt that I was doing T25 so there was only 20 minutes left! And not to mention the adorable mascot wondering what the heck I was doing jumping around! #Macaroonthedog
