Delicious Marble Cake Thanks @ess_koh for the recipe! 4 eggs 1 3/4 C sugar 1 C oil 1/2 C orange juice 1/2 C seltzer 2 1/2 C flour 1 vanilla sugar 2 1/2 tsp baking powder Beat eggs. Add rest and combine well. Remove 1/2 C batter. Pour rest of batter into 9×13 pan. Combine: 1/2 C cocoa 1/4 C sugar 2 oz hot water 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Mix well and combine with the 1/2 C batter. Pour onto the batter in pan and swirl to marbleize.
