Feel free to lick the screen 😉 This Flanken was soooo butter soft, falling off the bone, with an incredible sweet honey sauce. 😍 4 pounds Flanken ½ cup honey 2 Tb. soy sauce 2 Tb Red wine vinegar 1 tsp. mustard 2 Tb Brown Sugar 1 tsp onion soup mix 1 clove garlic- crushed 1 cup chicken broth ¼ cup ketchup 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper Combine all, blend, pour on meat, let marinate for two hours. Preheat the oven to 325 . Cover pan tightly and bake covered for 4 hours and uncovered for ½ hour turning the Flanken over occasionally. Many ovens vary in temp.
